I love to read and one day I plan to write books.

As for my career, it’s been rooted in curiosity, creativity, and innovation with a focus on the amelioration of human suffering — physical, emotional, and spiritual.

I’m formally trained in philosophical ethics (normative) and am a former candidate for the United States Congress. Professionally, I'm interested in launching bold initiatives, advocacy, strategy, writing, systems theory, board development and governance, and change management.

Earlier in my career a served in three pastoral roles, and was training to become an Anglican priest before I realized the highest and best use of my time and talent was as a humanitarian.

My work has been regional (Southern California), national, and international, including extensive work and residency overseas. I am a devoted disciple of nonprofit management guru, the late Peter F. Drucker.

I have a particular interest and experience in startup-to-mid-sized organizations, as they comprise most nonprofits today, to most of the work, and are typically malleable and eager to innovate, pivot, and implement bold change.

I help ethical, inclusive, and effective organizations navigate their most challenging change initiatives to find continued growth and success.

I will share more here, soon. You can learn more at my LinkedIn profile.
